Jaymy is Head of Telco Solutions and Partnerships for BICS, responsible for driving successful adoption and usage of new innovative solutions and creating value for customers and partners. Combining a mix of technical and business expertise, Jaymy is passionate about driving strategic visions and developing innovative solutions that are focused on achieving measurable business outcomes in support of driving growth for Mobile Operators, MVNO, OTT and IOT providers globally.

A telecommunications engineer by training, she has demonstrated success in delivering thought leadership and is skilled at developing workable solutions for her clients. Her in-depth and comprehensive industry experience spans across various positions over the last 26 years as Network Planner, Presales Consultant and Head of Product Management for operators, vendors and carriers across Asia and Europe.

Originally from Malaysia, she lived in Singapore for a decade before calling Brussels home, where she resides now with her husband and their three children.
