John Wick serves as Syniverse’s Chief Product Officer. In his role, he is responsible for the company’s global product portfolio, which includes product strategy, research and development, product management, and implementation. In his tenured career with Syniverse, he has held multiple senior management positions in IT, operations, research and development, technology, business development, and product management. Mr. Wick holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Nova Southeastern University and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
