Dr Rolf Nafziger from Deutsche Telekom Joins the IO Executive Board

Ahead of the first meeting of the Executive Board of IO in Malaga, IO is pleased to announce Dr Rolf Nafziger, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, SVP Global Business and Global Carrier, as the new member of the Executive Board. Deutsche Telekom is one of the MNOs Founding Members of IO, next to AT&T, MTN GlobalConnect, CKHIOD and other MNOs that will be announced soon.
Since the launch of IO in April 2021, the non-profit member organisation has focused on Roaming and Interconnect, receiving great recognition from the industry through mobile operator engagement. Roaming Projects that previously lacked focus and collaboration are now better equipped through IO labs. IO Labs has helped numerous operators to increase their awareness, be more in tune and further engage in promoting and prioritising significant roaming projects.
Deutsche Telekom, has been a long term supporter of the initiatives of IO and Rolf Nafziger is a customer oriented, international leader in telecommunications with a focus on transformation and innovation management. His knowledge in the wholesale business is a great asset to the IO Executive Board.
